2. Space Travel Services

Our space tourism services are subject to availability, weather conditions, and safety regulations. All flights require medical clearance and completion of our astronaut training program.

3. Booking and Payment

Reservations require a deposit and are subject to our cancellation policy. Full payment is due 30 days prior to departure. Prices are subject to change based on fuel costs and regulatory requirements.

4. Safety and Liability

Space travel involves inherent risks. Participants must sign comprehensive waivers and meet strict health requirements. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 60 days in advance receive full refund minus processing fees. Cancellations within 60 days are subject to penalty fees.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our services are provided and international space law where applicable.
